The staff selling and repairing Stihl power tools are great. Over the past ten years I purchased seven Stihl power tools from chainsaws,leaf blowers,grass trimmers and hedge clippers. The guys working there always made sure that you had everything you needed to go with your tools. I recently bought a power washer and it was leaking. The place that has it all from homestead farming to backyard garden. Everything you could possibly need for your feathered friends. Pet supplies galore. DIY tools and hardware are a plenty, from plumbing to electric. Also lawncare and matinence; have a beautiful lawn and enjoy it too. Having a backyard party, pick up a new grill and be the hoast with the most. Fram fresh meets and cheese are also available. Just next door is an equipment rental store for those small jobs that need a special tool. Hope this helps you find what you're in need of🤔
We drove 90 minutes to pick up our order: seed potatoes. Yes - sounds crazy, but we like a certain variety. Online order worked perfect. Staff was helpful and friendly. The store itself is huge and has everything. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

My family and I recently moved here from Long Island, and with all the recent snowfall, I needed to purchase a good pair of boots. My brother-in-law, who has lived in the area for several years, recommended Kelley’s Agway, as he has had positive experiences there in the past. We had already been visiting the store for a few weeks to purchase stove pellets and had consistently positive interactions—every time we walked in, the staff greeted us with a warm, friendly hello (something we weren’t exactly used to coming from Long Island). When my brother-in-law suggested Kelley’s for boots, my wife and I looked at each other and said, “What the heck?” We value his opinion on just about everything—from soup to nuts—so we decided to give it a try. We went in to purchase Dryshod boots and, as usual, were kindly greeted by the staff at the counter. We headed to the boot section, which has a tremendous selection of coats, boots, and more. I am a recent survivor of a massive stroke and have significant difficulty putting on shoes and boots. While my wife and I were searching for my size, the kind woman who had greeted us at the counter came over to offer assistance. She immediately noticed my situation and suggested a solution she had used for her father. She brought over a boot remover for me to try—and it worked wonderfully. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely pleasant and very cool. She helped us find the correct boots, and we were completely satisfied with the experience. As we approached the counter to pay, I asked her name—Leslie. I told her, “I love this store,” and she replied, “I love this store too.” You don’t see that very often; more often than not, it’s someone who looks like they’d rather be anywhere else. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The employees are actually helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I've gone in for something and had to ask for advice, the staff are able to answer it without any problems. Anytime I've had to ask if they carry a product, or where that product is, they've gotten me to either the specific isle or specific shelf that product is on. They're extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry as well. It's a few dollars more for the same thing vs the big box stores, but the ability of the people there actually being able to help is worth the extra cost and then some.

This Agway is loaded. The clothing is high quality. Everything you would need to remodel a house. The garden center is pretty nice. Always happy with the customer service here.
